    The Non Vintage (NV) Collection

This style of wine reflects the signature of the house brand of Graham Beck. The 'recipe' remains unchanging and equal amounts of the base wines, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are consistently used to maintain a specific house style. This tier expresses the aperitif character of the wine and is intended to cleanse the palate, stimulate the taste buds and entice you to progress to the 'next level' in your tasting journey as you savour the nuances and complexities of the Vintage MCC range.

Graham Beck Brut NV (Non Vintage)
From Madiba magic to Obama mania - Graham Beck Brut has been the bubbly to beat! It was the celebratory drink of choice both at Nelson Mandela's inauguration and Barack Obama's presidential win.

This blend of equal proportions of the quintessential bubbly varieties (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) benefitted from a minimum of 18 months yeast contact time prior to disgorgement. The base wines each contribute a specific characteristic to the end result - fruit and elegance from the Chardonnay, while the Pinot Noir lends complexity and length of flavour. This delightful sparkling wine exudes light yeasty aromas, limey fresh fruit on the nose and a rich creamy complexity on the palate. Its fine mousse imparts freshness and finesse.

  • Graham Beck Brut Rosé NV (Non Vintage)
With its charming silver-pink blush and exuberant character this is a Cap Classique for those who appreciate a fizz with flair. Flirtatious and fun with pin-prick tiny bubbles that burst gently and exhilaratingly on your tongue.

Once again the traditional base wines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were used to create this rosy hued stunner. Colour is obtained by an enzymatic reaction during the transport of the Pinot Noir fruit to the process. This wine was given sufficient time on the lees (minimum 18 months) to develop subtle yeasty characteristics but, also, to burst with berry and cherry flavours.

A wine displaying a pale silver-pink colour with aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. The mousse is lively yet fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavours enlivened by bright acids. Brisk on the palate, showing hints of oyster shell and fresh lavender. Flirtatious and fun, yet elegant and structured, it's perfect for all seasons and settings.
